Asset delivery
Store your lead magnets once, deliver them from any flow — natively in the DM or as a trackable hosted link.
The asset library
The asset library is your workspace’s single shelf of deliverables — the PDF guide, the preset pack, the video lesson, the checklist. Upload a file once and every flow can send it; replace the file and every flow sends the new version. You’ll find it in the main sidebar under Assets.
Unlike the other modules on this page, the library is core: it’s included on every plan, starting with Creator. Per-file size and total storage scale with your plan, and it accepts the formats that matter — images, audio, video, PDFs, archives, and common documents.
The Send Asset node
Send Asset is the delivery step in a flow. Point it at a library asset and choose how it arrives:
- Native — the file lands as a real Instagram attachment, right in the thread. Best for images, short videos, and anything the contact should see without leaving the chat.
- Hosted link — the message carries a button to a branded viewer page where the contact can preview and download. Best for PDFs, large files, and anything worth tracking.
- Auto — the default: prefer native, and fall back to the hosted link whenever the file isn’t a fit for an in-thread attachment.
What the recipient sees
A hosted link opens a clean viewer: the file previewed inline where the format allows, a clear download button, and nothing else competing for attention. Links expire automatically, so a lead magnet shared today doesn’t float around the internet forever.
Know who actually opened it
Hosted links are trackable: each asset counts opens of its viewer page, so “sent” stops being your only signal — you know what got opened, not just what got delivered. Pair it with a wait-for-click branch and the flow itself can follow up differently with people who grabbed the file versus people who didn’t.
The plan note, honestly stated: native in-DM delivery works on every plan, while tracked hosted links are included from Growth and above.
